What days/hours are you open?

We are a speakeasy and only open in the evenings, Wednesday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome for to-go drinks anytime. If we are at capacity indoors, we might have to add you to a virtual queue/waitlist to grab drinks to-go. Due to occupancy constraints, we have to regulate the number of guests indoors throughout each evening.

Are there age restrictions?

Although we don't serve alcohol and don't hold a liquor license, The BANDBOX is still a lounge and is intended as a social space for adults. We are currently welcoming guests aged 21+ due to the fact that we serve CBD cocktails and beverages. We do not foster or encourage under-age drinking at The BANDBOX. In addition, many of the non-alcoholic brands we offer do not allow their products to be sold to minors.

Do I need reservations?

Due to a limited inside capacity and a small number of tables, for tasting lounge indoor table service, yes, reservations are required. Reservations require a non-refundable $5 cover charge per person. Our reservations are for 1 hour for each party. If you would like to stop in to grab drinks to-go or purchase goods or collectibles, we welcome walk-ins at anytime during our evening hours of operation.

How can I officially reserve a table?

Official table reservations for tasting lounge indoor table service are available through Tock. Is there outdoor seating?

Yes, we have a table for two outdoors and there is additional outdoor seating next door. Outdoor seating will be on a first come basis, however we don’t offer table service outdoors. Outdoor seating is not available for reservations. Our patio is not fully covered however it is typically open seating for overflow or for guests waiting to enter or for those grabbing drinks to-go.

Is there a dress code?

While we don't have a specific dress code, we have suggested attire guidelines for indoor table service. If you plan to sit indoors, we do encourage you to dress it up a bit so that you feel as chic, sharp and glamorous as the venue itself. Business casual attire (no shorts) for indoor seating is recommended.

Can I order cocktails/drinks to-go?

Absolutely. If you would like to browse our lounge/shop and order to-go drinks, please check in with the host stand upon arrival to be added to our wait list. Due to capacity restrictions, we will be only allowing a specific number of guests indoors to order to-go drinks at any given time. Each guest can order 1 to-go drink per person. We do anticipate longer lines on the weekends, so please be prepared to wait if you intend to order to-go drinks.

What are the bottle shop hours?

Our bottle shop is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings and maintains the same hours as the tasting lounge, typically 7pm - 10pm. Please review the bottle shop menu: https://www.bandboxorlando.com/bottle-shop Some items are subject to availability due to supply chain issues.

Will I be able to purchase vintage goods/artwork/light fixtures?

Smaller goods (attire/accessories) that can easily be grabbed and bagged are available to purchase, however, larger items (artwork/lighting fixtures) can be reserved and scheduled for next day pickup.

Is there parking nearby?

We are located in the northern part of downtown Orlando and parking is limited. There is free street parking directly in front of our space along with a free parking lot across the street. Down the block there is paid parking available in the lot across from Washburn Imports/Imperial.
